Introducing:
We create and produce custom soccer balls according to your demands. Therefor we offer a wide range of different templates, for small and big, round and square logos and imprints. It is possible to imprint your logo up to 12 times around the ball, depending on the selected template.
Artwork:
will be made professional and free of charge for you. Just mail us your logo and rough idea for design or rather material colour matching and we will create a digital sample of your ball.

With professionally printed balls, the individual panels are printed before being stitched together, which is not done in Europe.
Special ball inks with exceptional durability are used for this purpose.

GO green - Balls made from recycled PET Plastic Bottles
That project will reduce the environmental impact of our products. We are focused, more and more recycled materials have been introduced, and these Balls are the latest addition in our products made from recycled materials. The Balls are made from recycled PET plastic bottles, and 9 plastic bottles have been used for each ball. They are used both for the outer and for the inner underlining of the ball. The underling of the ball is laminated with natural latex extracted from rubber trees, just as the ball’s bladder is also made of natural latex. This means that approx. 60% of the ball is composed of natural and recycled materials.

BALL BLADDERS - there are 2 types to choose from:
Standard Latex Bladder:
soft with good rebound. Natural latex, however, has a greater air permeability than butyl rubber. This means that the air leaks faster through the pores. Balls with latex bladders have to be pumped regularly.
Synthetic Butyl Bladder:
the high air impermeability keeps the air pressure at a more constant level. Well suitable for high-quality promotional balls.

The footballs are suitable for outdoor use on grass as well as for indoor use. The balls are made of foamed plastic, which makes them wear-resistant and water-repellent and offers excellent properties in terms of dimensional stability and bounce.
STITCHED AND GLUED
The Double Bonded manufacturing method is a novelty in the football production. It is the combination of two well-known technologies, the stitched and the glued soccer balls. A robust PU outer skin with multi-layered foam lamination and specially protected seams give the ball extremely smooth playing characteristics as well as a high speed. Apart from the visual effect of the protected seams, which are deeper compared to conventionally stitched balls, the additional gluing of the seams between the panels is minimizing the water absorption. The synthetic butyl bladder ensures a more constant ball-pressure and is additional winded with nylon thread, which prevents the ball from being pumped over. The Double Bonded football is a high-quality training- and match ball for use preferably on grass.
