Stitched & Glued - Soccerball Templates - Custom made promotional balls

The Double Bonded manufacturing method is an absolute novelty in the football production. It is the combination of two well-known technologies, the stitched and the glued soccer balls. A robust PU outer skin with multi-layered foam lamination and specially protected seams give the ball extremely smooth playing characteristics as well as a high speed. Apart from the visual effect of the protected seams, which are deeper compared to conventionally stitched balls, the additional gluing of the seams between the panels is minimizing the water absorption. The synthetic butyl bladder ensures a more constant ball-pressure and is additional winded with nylon thread, which prevents the ball from being pumped over. This model is available in 3 different qualities, as a training ball, as training- and match ball and as a match ball.
